Partner accounts are ideal for when you want to share a subset of what’s being managed in the Ondema Workspace. Partner accounts are given read-only access to only the information that is explicitly shared with them, and are not able to view other information (e.g. costs, details on contacts, etc.). For example, you can use a Partner account to provide a supplier the information they need to decrease the lead time on ordering materials without having to share information you don’t want to share. You may also find that Partner accounts allow you to work more closely with your customers. Requires at least one Full account. |

Yes. Workspace customers have the option to pay monthly, or annually to take advantage of discounts.
Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
For customers on a monthly subscription, their software will be available until the end of the current period (i.e., the next scheduled monthly subscription payment).
For customers on an annual subscription who have paid for one or more years up front, the software will be available until the end of the contract period.
We use Stripe for all credit card and ACH transactions. Stripe exceeds even the most stringent security standards.
All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. Your information is securely transmitted during the processing of all payments.
Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your payment information is safe and secure.
All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe's state of the art data-center. This ensures both the security and integrity of your payment information.
What does this all mean? Your payment information is incredibly secure.
One of our pet peeves is hidden pricing "gotchas." The estimates above are in good faith and based on historical engagements, but also may change based on customer requirements.
Every Plus or Enterprise engagement is unique, as each solution is tailored to the customers' needs. We work hard to ensure the best value and the lowest overall cost of ownership for the solutions we provide.
What goes into the overall price for Plus and Enterprise? Many things:
- The desired mix of services.
- The estimated level of effort for custom integration(s).
- The desired customer support package, ranging from one dedicated customer support rep during business hours to 24/7 on-call support teams.
- The number of accounts. Volume discounts are available.
