Yes. Workspace customers have the option to pay monthly, or annually to take advantage of discounts.

Customers can initialize monthly or annual subscriptions with a credit card or ACH transfer, whichever they'd prefer. Subscription payments are automatically debited from the selected payment method. Customers receive invoice notifications in advance of each subscription payment, as well as payment receipts for their records.

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

For customers on a monthly subscription, their software will be available until the end of the current period (i.e., the next scheduled monthly subscription payment).

For customers on an annual subscription who have paid for one or more years up front, the software will be available until the end of the contract period.

We use Stripe for all credit card and ACH transactions. Stripe exceeds even the most stringent security standards.

All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. Your information is securely transmitted during the processing of all payments.

Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your payment information is safe and secure.

All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe's state of the art data-center. This ensures both the security and integrity of your payment information.
